Returns Policy

We really hope you love your jewellery, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns for any unworn item within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.  

Items Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • One-size adjustable rings (unless unworn)

  • Personalised, engraved, or resized items

  • Gift cards & Giveaways

How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at hello@nobleaura.co.uk with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the item(s)

Once approved, we’ll send you instructions to complete the return.

Return Options

You may return your item for:

  • A full refund

  • A credit note

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a signed, tracked delivery service to ensure safe return.

International Returns

If returning from outside the UK:

  • Use standard national post, not a courier

  • Mark the parcel as “Return” to avoid customs/import fees

We cannot be held responsible for customs charges or lost returns.

Promotional Offers & Sale Items

If returning part of an order with a free gift or discount:

  • The value will be deducted from your refund or billed separately.

Sale and promotional items (e.g. 3 for 2, bundles, items purchased with a discount code) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 7 working days of receipt

  • Refunds appear within 6 working days after processing
